- Order by 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & bank holidays)

- Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after. Eg 1: if you place your order on a Saturday it will be dispatched on the Monday (Unless its a bank holiday). Eg 2: If you place an order on a Tuesday at 14:00, it will be dispatched the next day (Wednesday).

Delivery dates are indicative only and are not guaranteed. We do aim to deliver all orders within 4 working days. If your order is running late, please get in touch with us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to chase this for you.
We are only able to deliver orders to the address provided at the time of order. Once your order is complete it is not always possible to change the address. If you do need the address to be changed, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll try to get this done for you.
- Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery.
Whilst we always strive to provide the very best products and service, there may be a rare occasion that the order may not be exactly as you had expected. Please do not hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to resolve this for you.
If you wish to return your purchase, we ask that you please inform us within 14 days of receipt via our dedicated email address, returns@bulldogtoys.com. We will only issue a refund if the item is unopened, unused and resalable condition. Failure to do so may result in a reduction of the refund amount. Once your returned item is checked in at our facility you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item minus any delivery charges you paid when placing the order. Exceptions are in the item is defective / no good for intended use.
Please allow up to 5 working days after we receive your items before contacting us.
We will cover reasonable costs that have been incurred by the customer if this is due to lost or misrouted orders. If an item is damaged in transit, we will cover the return cost and submit a claim with the courier.
Any other return reason is at the customer own expense.
